For undergrad there are many options. If I was choosing right now I’d pick Northern Arizona University for undergrad.

You dont really study those things as a undergraduate. You study math and physics, and other related sciences, which you need to be able to undertake the study of astrophysics and astronomy. So pick schools based on that.
And make sure that those schools have big names that will lend weight to your application when you apply to the few schools that actually offer advanced degrees in the field you eventually want to get into.
